Pre-Super Saiyan This is a level when you are really strong. You can go Super Saiyan but you don't have a need to go SSJ. Once something gets you upset or mad you go Super Saiyan. You have USUALLY black hair, and a brown tail. Goku, Vegeta, Trunks, Goten, and Gohan did not have a tail at this stage and Trunks has purple hair. Level 2 This is when your power level is really high and something gets you mad or upset. Your hair is raised up more and your muscles aren't as big as they were when you were ultra saiyan. You are incredibly strong and fast. Gohan is the first one to reach this level. Level 4 This is when you are almost unbeatable. Your hair turns black again but is still down to your waist. You also have red hair all over your body. Goku and Vegeta are the only ones to reach this level beside Gogeta. You are really strong and fast. You are almost unbeatable in some cases. This MAY be the last Super Saiyan level but no one is really sure.

Super Saiyan This is when something got you really mad or upset and you couldn't take it. Your hair goes up and turns gold. Your eyes turn green and you get amazingly strong and fast. You can have a tail but none of our main characters have one at this stage. You also glow gold. |

Ultra Saiyan This is a level after level 1 of SSJ but before level 2. You get so strong but your speed doesn't change. You actually get slower from the weight of the muscles. Your hair gets a little more spiky and your eyes stay the same. Level 3 This is when you get a lot more powerful than level 2. Your speed also increases greatly. You know if someone is level 3 easly by the way they look. You have long, golden hair down to your waist and you have no eyebrows. The only way you can get to level 3 is if you are really powerful and have a pure heart. Goku reaches this level first then Gotenks. Level 5? No one knows if this is real or not. Your hair is silver and is down to your waist. You also have silver hair on your body. You are half god and no one can beat you. It is said the in the "Dragonball AF" Goku reaches this level. Is Dragonball AF real? We will find out for you. I am not sure what to believe but I have pictures.
